| One of 26 Centers nationwide supported in part by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's (CDC) Prevention Research Centers Program (PRC). The Centers combine knowledge and expertise of community members, academic researchers, and public health agencies to address disease prevention in typically underserved populations. Their core projects include: Move-Up, "10 Keys" to Health Aging, and the Mobility and Vitality Lifestyle Program. | |
